When will my order ship?
I ask for 7 to 10 business days for processing your order and shipping out! I know this seems like forever so I do my best to get them out prior to this time frame but ask for that length just in case I do need the extra time!
What is your Return Policy?
These amazing cutters are set up and printed specifically for your order, because of that we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds.
What are your cookie cutters made out of?
We use Food Safe PLA filament to print our cookie cutters! This product is a corn based filament making it the perfect product for cookie cutters! They are heat sensitive so please refer below for our care instructions!
Do you take custom orders?
At this time we do not take custom orders, but we are always open for fun ideas that you would like to see in stock! Please feel free to email us or contact us on social media with fun ideas!
Cookie Cutter Care Instructions:

These PLA printed, food safe cookie cutters are sturdy and durable cutters and need a bit of love to stay amazing!

These cutters are heat sensitive because of the materials they are made from so we always recommend that you hand wash them with warm soapy water.

If they are exposed to hot temperatures they will lose their shape! (NO HOT CARS, HOT WATER, or HIGH HEAT!)

Please let cookie cutters dry for 24-48 hours prior to storing them to be sure they are fully dry!

Please be sure to wash them prior to using them for the first time!

We always recommend storing them in a safe way so that they will keep them from being chipped or damaged in any way!
